The Applied Nutrition Beef-XP Clear Protein Drink is a clear, carbonated, ready-to-drink protein drink based on hydrolysed bovine collagen. The formula behind Beef-XP
The focus of the formula is hydrolysed bovine collagen. Collagen is an animal structural protein whose amino acid profile differs significantly from classic sports protein sources such as whey, casein or milk protein.
During hydrolysis, the collagen is enzymatically broken down into smaller peptide structures. This particularly improves the technological processing and solubility of the collagen and enables the production of a clear protein drink without the typical milky consistency of a whey shake.
