The formula behind BioTechUSA 100% Pure Whey
The protein base consists of a combination of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. Whey protein is characterised by a complete amino acid profile and provides all essential amino acids.
The high protein content makes the product particularly interesting for athletes and active individuals. Protein contributes to an increase in muscle mass and the maintenance of muscle mass. In addition, protein contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.
The formula also contains free amino acids. These include L-glutamine and L-arginine as well as the branched-chain amino acids L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine (BCAAs). They complement the amino acid profile naturally found in whey protein.
Another special feature of the formula is bromelain. This is a protein-digesting enzyme that can be obtained from pineapple and can break down proteins or peptide bonds.

What is a useful addition to the product?
Depending on individual training and nutritional goals, 100% Pure Whey can, for example, be combined with a source of carbohydrates. Creatine may also be a useful addition for strength athletes. Creatine increases physical performance during high-speed strength training as part of short-term, high-intensity physical activity. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 3 g creatine.
Preparation & recommended intake
1 serving (28 g = 2 gheaped tablespoons) mixed with 250 ml water in a shaker.
On training days, the manufacturer recommends one serving 45 minutes after training and another serving between two meals. On rest days, one serving in the morning and one serving in the evening are recommended.
Daily dose: 56 g (2 x 28 g).
