Ca D₃ K₂: For the protection of bones and teeth! 

Maintaining healthy bones is an important part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. It is extremely important for athletes to have a firm, stable foundation for the body, but everyone else should also ensure sufficient calcium and vitamin D intake to prevent the development of potential conditions (e.g. osteoporosis). 

We all know that milk and dairy products are the richest sources of calcium, but it is not easy to meet your daily need for vitamins and minerals, especially if you do not want to or cannot consume dairy products for any reason (e.g. lactose intolerance or a milk protein allergy). 

When developing Ca D₃ K₂ , we considered not only the amount of active ingredients, but also their complexity. In addition to calcium and phosphorus, which are primarily responsible for maintaining normal bones and teeth, we added vitamin D, which is responsible for better absorption and utilisation of these two minerals. For comprehensive support, vitamin K was also added to the product, which also contributes to the maintenance of normal bones.

Calcium

Calcium is required for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, which is why it is of great importance for maintaining good health. 

In addition to supporting the health of your bones and teeth, calcium also contributes to cell division and specialisation processes and to normal energy-yielding metabolism and normal neurotransmission, as well as the normal functioning of muscles and digestive enzymes. 

Phosphorus

Like calcium, phosphorus contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and teeth and normal energy-yielding metabolism, and also contributes to the normal functioning of cell membranes. 

Vitamin D

Its primary role is maintaining bone health, but like calcium and phosphorus, it also contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones, teeth and muscle function, as well as the normal function of the immune system. 

It is indirectly responsible for bone health, as vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption/utilisation of calcium and phosphorus while maintaining normal calcium levels in the blood. 

Vitamin K

In addition to the components mentioned above, vitamin K also contributes to the maintenance of normal bone structure. Vitamin K is also involved in normal blood clotting, so the product is not recommended for people taking coumarin anticoagulants.

Recommended use: Take 3×1 capsules daily with a large glass of water between your respective meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

INGREDIENTS: Calcium salts of orthophosphoric acid, anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids), capsule shell [gelatine, glazing agent (shellac), colour (iron oxides and hydroxides), acidity regulator (ammonium hydroxide),
acidity regulator (potassium hydroxide)], menaquinone, cholecalciferol.
