Ingredients
Konjac glucomannan (74%), hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell), calcium carbonate, cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12).
Directions
Take 2 capsules three times daily, about 30 minutes before main meals, with 300–600 ml water. Always take with sufficient liquid.
Precautions
Not suitable for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. If you have swallowing difficulties, pay particular attention to adequate water intake.
