Body Attack Extreme Instant BCAA is a 500 g vegan BCAA powder with vitamin B6. The blend supplies leucine, isoleucine and valine in a 2:1:1 ratio. Shopify variants include Green Apple, Lemon, Watermelon and Iced Tea.

Ingredients
The core formula contains instant BCAA (L-leucine 38.5%, L-isoleucine 19.2% and L-valine 19.2%), lecithin, citric acid, maltodextrin, flavouring, sweeteners (acesulfame K and sucralose) and pyridoxine hydrochloride. Oils, colours and the lecithin source vary by flavour. Lemon and Iced Tea contain soy lecithin.

Directions
On training days, mix 13 g (one heaped scoop) with 350 ml cold water and drink before, during or after training. On rest days, take one serving in the morning. Shake for approximately 30 seconds. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
