The L-ARGININE 6000 is a high-dose, effective L-arginine supplement for increasing blood flow to the muscles. The L-arginine capsules thereby improve the transport of nutrients to the muscles and give you an intense muscle pump during training. Our L-arginine capsules contain high-quality L-arginine in base form, which not only has an arginine content of 100% but can also be absorbed particularly well by the body thanks to its basic (alkaline) pH value.
Each capsule of L-ARGININE 6000 contains 750 mg pure L-arginine base. On training days, we recommend taking 8 capsules approximately 30 minutes before training to provide the body with a total of 6.000 mg pure L-arginine. On rest days, we recommend taking the 8 capsules, preferably spread throughout the day.

To use L-arginine as a “pump” booster for your workout, take 4 to 8 capsules approximately 30 minutes before training with sufficient liquid (e.g. water, fruit juice, amino acid drink, etc.).
Our recommendation
For optimal results, you should also take the L-arginine capsules on rest days. Simply spread your desired daily dose (4 to 8 capsules of L-arginine) throughout the day and take, for example, 3 capsules in the morning, 3 capsules at midday and another 2 capsules in the evening. This way, you benefit from consistently optimized nitric oxide production in the body.
